Return and exchange policy
This policy governs the conditions for exercising the consumer's right to return or exchange goods purchased from the ZHEGA online store, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The consumer has the right, without owing compensation or penalty and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the concluded distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In order to exercise this right, the user must notify ZHEGA in writing via e-mail to: [enter e-mail address], indicating:

2. Return conditions
In order for a product return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

The product must not have been worn, washed or used in any way ;

The goods must be in their original packaging , with labels, stickers and factory markings intact;

There should be no mechanical, hygienic or cosmetic damage;

Products from the lingerie and swimwear category, due to hygiene reasons, are not subject to return or exchange, except in the event of an established manufacturing defect or an incorrectly sent item.
3. Return or exchange procedure

Send the product back to the address provided by us with a courier of your choice , with shipping costs at your expense, except in cases of wrong or defective shipment.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3 business days , after which:

If it matches, we will approve the return and proceed with a refund or sending a replacement;

In case of discrepancy, we will contact you for additional information.

4. Refunds
In case of approved cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the initial payment was made – within 14 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the returned goods. ZHEGA reserves the right to delay the refund until it receives the goods back or proof of their dispatch.
